Transforming TouchTour: Messaging a Leasing Technology as an Operational Advantage
For TouchTour, I built a messaging framework that clarified and elevated a product with a uniquely hybrid value proposition — serving both as a digital leasing assistant for renters and a staffing solution for overwhelmed onsite teams. The core challenge was distilling these two different benefits into a cohesive story without diluting either side. I solved this by structuring the messaging around three clean brand pillars that spoke to both audiences simultaneously, while reinforcing TouchTour’s ability to drive faster leasing decisions, reduce operational strain, and enable flexible, centralized leasing models. This work positioned TouchTour not just as a touchscreen product, but as a critical driver of leasing efficiency and operational resilience.
