Driving Cross-Platform Visibility with SightMap Integration Campaign
It all begins with an idea.
To support adoption of SightMap across broader property technology ecosystems, I developed a product marketing email that showcased its cross-platform versatility—targeting leasing teams, marketers, and integration partners. This campaign emphasized how a single SightMap subscription can power everything from ILS listings to BI dashboards to self-guided touring apps. I shaped the messaging to be clear, action-oriented, and benefit-led, distilling technical integrations into real-world renter experience improvements. By positioning SightMap as a central connector of platforms and data, the email successfully educated clients on feature extensibility while prompting immediate action to expand their usage footprint.
Technical API Documentation: SightMap GA4 Integration Guide
This technical guide was created to help developers and product teams integrate the SightMap Metrics API with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for deeper, customizable tracking of user engagement. It highlights my strengths in translating complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation while maintaining a strategic focus on real-world implementation and troubleshooting. Through structured explanations, intuitive process flows, embedded resources, and optional sandbox examples, I designed this guide to empower a range of users — from advanced developers to semi-technical marketers — to successfully deploy and optimize their analytics setup. This project reflects my ability to combine technical expertise with instructional clarity, making complex integrations accessible and actionable.

SightMap Metrics API
For the SightMap Metrics API, I wrote technical documentation that translated a complex integration process into a clear, step-by-step guide for both technical and non-technical audiences. The key challenge was ensuring the guide was accessible enough for marketing teams with limited development resources, while still being robust and flexible for engineering teams needing custom tracking. I solved this by providing two sandbox examples, outlining customizable event parameters, and designing the guide to be modular — allowing users to choose their tracking objectives and level of complexity. This work made it easier for clients to integrate SightMap analytics into their marketing stacks, accelerating adoption and improving data-driven decision-making across property portfolios.

TouchTour Flex for Senior Living: Differentiating a Product for a Specialized Market
It all begins with an idea.
For TouchTour Flex for Senior Living, I created specialized sales enablement materials that clearly positioned the product as a distinct solution within the TouchTour ecosystem. The challenge was differentiating the new version without making it seem like a basic copy of TouchTour Flex — it needed to feel purpose-built for senior living communities while still being recognizable within the larger product family. I solved this by strategically highlighting new features — such as pricing plan comparisons, Hold/Sold boards, and community insights — and framing them around personalized decision-making for residents and simplified selling for sales counselors. This work equipped the sales team with sharper, audience-specific messaging that increased product adoption, sped up sales conversations, and strengthened TouchTour’s brand presence in a growing market segment.
Demystifying Zero Trust: Making Software-Defined Perimeters Clear for Every Stakeholder
It all begins with an idea.
In this piece, I translated the complex concept of Software-Defined Perimeter (SDP) architecture into an accessible, engaging narrative for non-technical audiences. By using clear language and real-world analogies—like a guarded home with secret passageways—I helped readers grasp the core principles of zero trust, identity-based access, and encrypted segmentation. This article addressed the common disconnect between technical teams and business stakeholders by demystifying the differences between outdated VPN models and modern SDP frameworks, ultimately serving as a strategic asset for aligning product, marketing, and security teams around a shared understanding.
Launching a Streamlined Product Suite Announcement for Greystar
It all begins with an idea.
To support the launch of Engrain's tailored product suite for Greystar, I led the creation of a high-impact client-specific email that introduced three key innovations: a centralized Greystar Portal, the flexible and cost-effective TouchTour Flex platform, and advanced 360°/satellite features in SightMap. My role involved synthesizing technical feature sets into clear, benefit-driven messaging and organizing the content flow to maximize engagement. The email was designed to reduce support friction, accelerate adoption of underused features, and reinforce Engrain’s strategic value to one of its most important enterprise clients. This asset helped align internal teams, clarify value props, and drive usage of our newest tools with visual precision and client-centric tone.
Product Launch Email for SightMap 3D & ILS Integration
It all begins with an idea.
For the rollout of SightMap’s 360° 3D and satellite view feature, I created a high-conversion announcement email that positioned the release as our most impactful upgrade yet. I strategically led the messaging to emphasize immersive, neighborhood-level search as a competitive differentiator for leasing teams, while clearly guiding recipients toward adding Homefront to their SightMap. I also introduced a secondary CTA encouraging users to integrate their portfolio with ILS listings—a growing area of demand. This dual-priority email blended visual storytelling, product education, and urgency to drive both feature adoption and partner activation across platforms.
