Launching a Streamlined Product Suite Announcement for Greystar
To support the launch of Engrain's tailored product suite for Greystar, I led the creation of a high-impact client-specific email that introduced three key innovations: a centralized Greystar Portal, the flexible and cost-effective TouchTour Flex platform, and advanced 360°/satellite features in SightMap. My role involved synthesizing technical feature sets into clear, benefit-driven messaging and organizing the content flow to maximize engagement. The email was designed to reduce support friction, accelerate adoption of underused features, and reinforce Engrain’s strategic value to one of its most important enterprise clients. This asset helped align internal teams, clarify value props, and drive usage of our newest tools with visual precision and client-centric tone.
