Spaces: Messaging and Product Managing a Seamless Apartment Search Platform

 

For Spaces, I created the core messaging framework that positioned it as a seamless, renter-first apartment search solution — built for the multifamily industry’s shift toward faster, more intuitive digital leasing. A major challenge was balancing two very different priorities: creating a user experience simple enough for renters, while also clearly communicating the technical sophistication and flexibility Spaces offered to agencies and internal marketing teams. I solved this by structuring the messaging around clean, audience-specific value propositions and emphasizing Spaces' low-lift WordPress integration as a competitive advantage. After completing the messaging framework, I went on to product manage Spaces, overseeing its development and real-world implementation to ensure the product experience aligned with the strategic brand promises I had defined.
